NAC completed a controls upgrade which included changing all the existing VAVs from pneumatic to Alerton DDC controls and added or modified the controls to all of the AHUs and the exhaust fans. Mechanical work included several damper banks and upgraded to electronic actuators. The chilled water valves were changed from pneumatic to new Belimo energy valves. The chilled water pump motors were replaced and VFD’s were added. The VAV reheat control valves were changed to Belimo pressure independent valves.
