Title: CAD Design/ Mechanical Draftsman
NAC is seeking a CAD Design/Mechanical Draftsman to add to our growing CAD department. This entry level position offers unlimited opportunities for learning and advancement under the supervision of our experienced team of CAD Designers.

Primary Responsibilities of the CAD Design/Mechanical Draftsman:
- Drafting in AutoCad and Revit.
- CAD design for mechanical systems/HVAC.
- Review contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare new models from internal designs or import completed design documents for coordination and fabrication.
- Identify and eliminate clashes between systems.
- Create fabrication spool drawings.
- Assist project managers.
Requirements for the CAD Design/Mechanical Draftsman:
Ideal candidates will possess a working knowledge of the mechanical trades, along with the ability to read structural, architectural and electrical drawings. This person must have the ability to be organized and effective in a fast-paced environment, have good computer skills, proven communication skills, is detail-oriented and follows tasks through to completion.
Successful candidates will have secondary education in mechanical engineering or an equivalent drafting or design program, or in a field related to the construction industry.
