The HQ controls project for a local Fortune 500 company was designed and installed with a focus on energy efficiency. This LEED platinum building is controlled and monitored from an Alerton Compass Web User Interface and Energy Dashboard.
NAC installed Alerton controls on dedicated outdoor air units, rooftop units, high-efficiency boilers, and chillers, lighting controls, pressure independent control valves, generator and UPS monitoring. It was important to capture the building’s carbon footprint as to show that the company and NAC are dedicated to innovation and energy conservation.
This project was done on time, with the client’s utmost satisfaction at the forefront of NAC’s implementation strategy.
